The Ferguson Library, Urban League of Southern Connecticut, and 100 Black Men of Stamford host a screening and discussion of the first biographical film about John Lewis, a respected U.S. congressman and elder statesman who continues to practice nonviolence in his determined effort to fight for justice.
Special Guest, Kathleen Dowdey, Producer and Director
of Get in the Way, will introduce the film.



6 to 7 p.m.
Meet special guest, Kathleen Dowdey, producer and director of the film, at the wine and cheese reception hosted by the Urban League of Southern Connecticut.
7 to 9 p.m.
Film screening, with introduction by Kathleen Dowdey, followed by a panel discussion.
